Having held senior leadership positions with reputed corporate organizations, he combines deep industry knowledge with extensive advisory experience across diverse sectors, overall rich experience in Real Estate & Developers with solution driven approach. Also a Certified Social audit assessor for handling NGO related compliances. An alumnus of the University of Delhi and a Diploma holder in IFRS (ACCA-UK), CA Deepak has further enhanced his expertise through professional training in Forensic Audit, Data Analytics, and SAP S/4 HANA. He is committed to delivering innovative, ethical, and value-driven solutions that strengthen governance, optimize business performance, and build long-term stakeholder confidence.

CS Divya Bansal, an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also Master in Commerce Graduate. She possesses over 9 years of experience in the field of handling secretarial compliances under various Corporate Laws with theoretical and practical knowledge. She enrolled as a member of ICSI in 2017. She has worked with CRC, MCA (Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and currently associated with Sarathi Finserv LLP. She has experience of Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008 and individually handle all the secretarial assignments from incorporation to closure.
